Responsibilities:
Safety
- Understand and adhere to company safe work policies.
- Promote a safe work environment.
- Report safety incidents and near misses.
- Report any unsafe conditions, environmental concerns and process problems to management immediately.
- Contribute to the improvement of the Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.
- Apply the Lock out, tag out, try out (LOTOTO) and energy isolation procedures as required for company and contractor personnel.
- Perform requirements to maintain compliance to Environmental Regulations and Permits.
- Maintain site security and orderliness.
Reliability
- Follow plant procedures and work instructions and annotate with feedback.
- Set up and safely operate all tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned work.
- Process Operation and Efficiency
- Operate forklift, manlift, telehandler and other material handling equipment.
- Quickly and safely load/unload delivery vehicles
- Management warehouse inventory
- Load material onto process equipment conveyors and maintain conveyors in a ready state for operations
- Assist in collection, removal, and disposal of process byproducts.
- Collect samples from process materials and secure them for shipping to outside laboratories
- Assist Shutdowns, Start-ups, and production rate changes for plant.
- Sets/maintains high housekeeping standards to exemplify/improve ICR image.
- Actively participates in the Root Cause Analysis process.
Administrative and Managerial
- Document receipt, processing, and running inventory of all feedstock materials received.
- Follow all Quality Control requirements to ensure a quality product is delivered to InEnTec’s customers.
- Maintain open continuous line of communication with plant manager.
- Maintain orderly and clean personal protection equipment and work area.
- Maintain and report feed logs to plant operators.
- Participate in operations and safety meetings.
- Complete all training activities per schedule and meet annual performance goals.
- Accept On call duty and overtime as required.
- Able to work 12 hr. rotating shifts on a 36/48 (2) week schedule.
- Effectively prioritize and schedule all work activities.
- Actively participate in a Continuous Improvement process of the plant.
Qualifications:
Required
- · Minimum of 5 years of experience operating material handling equipment in a warehouse environment.
Other desired qualifications
- · Reside within a reasonable distance of plant. 30-45 min recommended.
- · Valid driver’s license with good record.
- · Math – basic algebra, fractions/percentages, unit conversion.
- · Personal computer proficiency (Internet, word processing, spreadsheets), and other software used by the company.
- · Strong interpersonal abilities to support team philosophy and strategy.
- · Strong organizational ability.
- · High mechanical aptitude and ability to work with simple mechanic’s hand tools.
- · Understanding of electrical hazards and safety.
- · Basic understanding of industrial plant operations and safe practices.
- · Able to complete all preventative maintenance jobs per best practice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Arlington, OR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
