Job Overview

We are currently seeking groundskeepers for our facility in Yoder, WY. Employees will be expected to be flexible and work in different areas and on different tasks based on the needs of the business. The position will report to the Operations Manager.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Appropriate use of PPE and works safely
• Follows directions given by supervisor
• Maintains plant grounds, ensuring positive impression to employees and visitors
• Performs light landscaping duties including weeding, planting and watering shrubs, mowing grassy areas
• Ensure plant travel ways are clear and able to be safely navigated
• Assists with organization of yard, warehouse
• May assist with minor maintenance and repairs
• Removes snow and ice and apply ice melt when necessary to ensure safe conditions
• Works with positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work in safety sensitive construction zone, around large machinery, and heavy equipment
• Must work cooperatively with a team

• Schedule will typically be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind) for extended periods of time
• Must be at least 18 years of age
