My client is looking for a Site Director.

The salary is up to $200,000 plus a 33% bonus.

Management of supply chains, maintenance, safety, logistics, raw materials, and finance. An experienced leader with a proven track record of transformational leadership in a make-to-order or high-mix business.

Qualifications

• Must have an Engineering Degree, Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain
• Must have manufacturing experience minimum of 5 years
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have ERP
• Fast-paced environment experience preferred.
• Full P+L responsibility
• Must have lean manufacturing leadership

Relocation offered to candidates from outside the area + excellent compensation package to be discussed

Salary: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
