Your role on our team

• Managing the advancement of all venues
• Managing of the project document information
• Acting as a gatekeeper for Project Managers while on-site
• Representing PixMob with promoter and venues
• Being flexible and ensuring a smooth operation while on-site
• Remaining highly accessible to stakeholders
• Completing client-requested errands, within reason
• Loading and unloading our products from the truck
• Proceeding to unpacking and packing of our products
• Supervising local staff with respect and clear requests
• Refining logistics and creative aspects throughout the tour
• Maintaining politics with the client during the duration of the tour
• Making sure the schedule is respected by all PixMob employee

You are the person for this role if you fit the following criteria

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in show production and Events
• Working knowledge of Google Workforce
• Fluency in English both oral and written
• Able to travel worldwide
• Authorized to work in the United-States
