We’re seeking a Physician Recruiter to join our growing team with 3+ years experience hiring physicians in locum tenens or permanent specialist capacities here at CardioSolution, an Ingenovis Health portfolio company. You’ll be actively engaging passive interventional cardiologist candidates and placing them in opportunities at our healthcare facility clients across the United States.

As a Physician Recruiter, you will:

Plan and execute active and passive recruitment and sourcing strategies to source, qualify, and place healthcare professionals with our clients.

Source active and passive candidates via job postings, referrals, LinkedIn, databases, social media, and networking — building robust talent pipelines where needed.

Screen applicants, facilitate interviews and selection in a fast, organized, & quality-focused way.

Negotiate offers with candidates and successfully close them.

Effectively communicates all assignment and benefits details to field staff throughout the recruitment process to minimize traveler-initiated cancellations.

Build professional relationships with healthcare talent while serving as a crucial career counselor and placement advisor throughout their employment with the company.
And to do this, you’ll bring to the table:

3+ years physician recruiting with a blend of locum and perm specialty experience.

High school diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA degree preferred.

Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, go-getter professional workplace environment.

Excellent professional interpersonal skills and phone etiquette - you’re recruiting!

Good practical tech savvy. You know your way around MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, using the Internet to access websites and research - and are quick to learn new tools.

Self-sufficiency, with strong organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Range
$51,700.00 - $64,600.00
Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K w/ employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
