Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice as a PT in the State of Florida:

• Minimum of one year's experience in home healthcare is preferred.
• Electronic medical record experience preferred but not essential.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent education.
• Meets all qualifications as stated within the state practice act. Must possess and maintain current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
• Must display good emotional health and be able to physically tolerate much standing, stooping, bending, and heavy lifting; must meet all agency regulations. Must be self-directed and able to work with little supervision and have good observational, judgment and communication skills.
