Exceptional multi-site leadership opportunity! If you are an experienced clinician - Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupational Therapist (OT)- with a management background in geriatric rehab, who thrives on positive interactions and sharing your knowledge with others, this is the position for you! Provide clinical and operational training, support and leadership to Directors of Rehab who oversee ONR’s TOUCH Outpatient Rehab Programs at beautiful senior living communities within an assigned region. These are on-site outpatient therapy programs at luxurious senior living communities which offer outstanding amenities and resident care.

ONR offers one of the most comprehensive management training programs in the industry, including one-on-one on-site training as well as a 8-session live webinar series designed to ensure that new managers have the tools and support to succeed!

ONR’s TOUCH REHAB PROGRAM (on-site outpatient program):

• ONR’s TOUCH program provides outpatient rehabilitation services and wellness programs in senior living communities and skilled nursing facilities.
• ONR is providing specialized therapy services through our TOUCH program which offers three TOUCHstones: Education, Fitness and Wellness, and Rehabilitation.
• You will enjoy providing outpatient therapy on-site in the rehab room, in the person’s residence or throughout the community. We bring the outpatient therapy services to them!
• ONR’s TOUCH program allows the residents to achieve their outpatient therapy and wellness goals on-site in the comfort and convenience of their residence.

The Executive Director of Operations is responsible for developing, directing and overseeing all aspects of therapy operations at multiple sites within an assigned region. This includes providing clinical and operational training and support to Directors of Rehab who are responsible for the therapy programs at each worksite. The EDO ensures that the highest levels of customer service are achieved through outstanding clinical programming and top-quality resident care while maintaining target fiscal objectives.

Who should apply:

• Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists (PT and OT) are welcomed to apply
• Multi-site experience is preferred
• 5+ years Director of Rehab/ Program Manager experience is required
• Senior living experience preferred: managing rehab teams at assisted living communities, independent living communities and/or skilled nursing facilities
• Candidates must hold a degree from an approved therapy program and hold a current therapist license or be eligible to apply for such a license in the state of employment
