*Applicants must be certified Physical Therapists.*

We are looking for a full time Physical Therapist to join our team at our newly remodeled Clearfield, UT location. Our Physical Therapist will be seeing outpatient patients. The rehabilitation team includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Our Physical Therapist would be responsible for the following:

• Conducting physical and psychological assessments of clients and developing or following a treatment plan.
• Advising on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities.
• Developing physical rehabilitation programs to help clients regain lost skills.
• Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care.
• Evaluating results and progress of physical therapy on clients.
• Maintaining professional knowledge and the technical progress in order to provide clients with the best treatment program available.

The spacious therapy gym with state-of-the-art equipment, and a separate bathroom and kitchen for ADL training, provides patients with the tools to return to their prior living arrangement as quickly as possible. Our Physical Therapist would play a key role in this role as well. This offers both the patient and therapist a diverse and comprehensive environment to promote maximal rehab potential for our clients.

Pay: $32.00 - $44.00 per hour
