ORA Physical Therapy is seeking Licensed Physical Therapist(s) to serve in our three Quad-City Outpatient Rehab clinics. We are seeking passionate therapists that believe in patient-driven quality care.
We are currently interviewing clinicians for our Davenport, IA location.
ORA Orthopedics is the Quad Cities largest and most comprehensive orthopedic provider, proudly offering an integrated continuum of orthopedic care that includes orthopedic sub-specialty clinics, walk-in care at our Urgent OrthoCARE clinics, and diagnostic imaging, bracing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, pharmacy, and outpatient surgery.
Our physicians are sub-specialty trained in sports medicine, adult reconstruction, hand and upper extremity, trauma, spine, pediatrics, and pain management. At ORA our licensed physical and occupational therapist(s) provide integrated, state-of-the-art therapy care and rehabilitation to our patients. As a part of our team, you will have immediate access to referral sources, patient records, imaging studies, and more, allowing for optimal patient care and recovery.

Position Summary:
Provide efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy patient care through an individualized program, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, a home exercise program, education, and communication to maximize the patient's progress toward achieving functional goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Iowa.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to identify and implement components of the physical therapy process
- Identify learning needs and teach patients and families
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals
- Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Strong customer service.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions.
