Physical Therapy Assistants provide services under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), such as clinical assessments and the implementation of physical therapy, treatment plans and services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have a strong desire to create a positive, long-term impact on the lives of the people they support
- Have a current license and registration as a physical therapist assistant by the New York State Department of Education, valid NYS driver's license, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others
- One year of experience
