Job Purpose

This position is responsible for providing high-quality imagery for Crumbl Cookies (and other brands under Crumbl Enterprise such as Crust Club) on a weekly basis to be used for marketing campaigns, social platforms, franchise owners, in-store assets, web, print assets, and internal needs. This is a position for both product and lifestyle photography. The photographer is in charge of planning/coordinating, prepping for shoots, and the editing and delivery of photos to meet deadlines. This is a full-time, in-office position at Crumbl Headquarters in Lindon, Utah. This role will report to Crumbl's Head of Photography.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Weekly Content for Crumbl/Crumbl Enterprise: Conceptually and strategically plan, shoot, and edit weekly imagery from start to finish for all visual messaging to be used on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, emails, etc), ads, in-store signage, billboards, print assets, and more.
• Strong understanding of composition and ability to style a scene.
• Stay on top of and aware of trends in photography and visual identity to continually and visually grow the brand.
• Collaboration with the branding team, marketing team, creative team, photographers, etc.
• Ensure the success of assigned projects under the direction of the Head of Photography and the Creative Project Manager.
• Updating Aerials for each cookie (external / internal photo needs)
• Lifestyle and MKT shoots: Collaborate with the Marketing and Social teams on campaign messaging and needs. Take info from requestors, and visualize, plan, prep, shoot, edit, and deliver photos.
• Some off-site work is required, minimal local travel may be required.
• Additional photo needs include Crumbl merchandise, HQ employee headshots, HQ events, and any other imagery needs that should arise.
• Studio space and File Management: responsible for digital file organization along with studio organization and maintenance.
• Weekly reporting on projects, along wih staying on top of Monday.com status updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience or education.
• Preferred education in photography — associates or bachelors degree.
• Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized.
• Strong team player as you’ll be working closely with other members of the photo team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced role with quick turnaround.
• Ability to pivot last second for quick company-wide changes which may require updated photo assets and messaging.
• Professional-level understanding of lighting, manual camera settings, composition, styling, and editing in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other Adobe programs.
• Strong attention to detail, including overseeing consistency in how our cookies look across multiple applications.
• Valuable if you know how to create stop motion videos.

Working Conditions

This role involves a lot of shoot days where you’ll be physically on your feet shooting for hours at a time, lifting and moving props, lights, gear, and sets. Must be able to physically comply with the demands of this position. This position sometimes requires off-site work.
