A very exciting opportunity is now available for a Pharmacist at a beautiful facility located in Northern California. This facility is well known for its community outreach tenure and affiliation with an accredited Health System.This medium sized, acute care hospital is Joint Commission Accredited, has been awarded as a top performing hospital nationally, and recently expanded to support the facilities’ highly qualified staff. Covering all aspects of health care, this new age hospital will be a pleasure for the Pharmacist to be able to work every day.
Reporting directly to the Manager of Pharmacy, the Pharmacist will be supported by state-of-the-art technology in order to fulfill their duties. The Pharmacist will also be supported by a team of highly educated technicians, physicians, and nurses to effectively coordinate services across departments.
The Pharmacist will oversee all inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations. The Pharmacist will be responsible for the extended care medication, oncology center pharmacy, and retail pharmacy. The Pharmacist must have a strong educational background and be familiar with diverse regulations in order to organize, control, plan, and supervise activities according to city, state, and federal laws.
