McPherson & Newland Insurance of Flemington, NJ is hiring for a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Personal Lines Insurance Service & Sales Agent:

• Property & Casualty license is preferred, must be willing to obtain within 60 days of hire date
• At least 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience is required, if not licensed
• Background using AMS agency automation system is a plus
• Must be coachable and eager to learn
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills
• Works well in a fast paced environment
• Very strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities for the Personal Lines Insurance Service & Sales Agent:

• Assisting customers in servicing and processing their insurance needs
• Account rounding by adding lines of coverage to existing accounts as customers' needs change
• Processing new business and renewals and re-marketing accounts as needed
• Assisting producers with placement of new accounts and renewals
• Processing endorsement requests when needed to in force policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
