($250 after 30 days; $250 after 90 days; $500 after 6 months)

Part-time, weekend, and open-availability positions available in the evening and overnight. No day shifts available at this time.

Qualifications for Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

• Prefer a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read and write English
• Prefer some previous experience in health-care
• 18 years or older
• Valid ID and transportation
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities for Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

• Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in providing resident care services
• Understanding of standard techniques and procedures used in providing personal services for resident and in caring for equipment and supplies
• Good understanding of basis of universal precautions to avoid infection of residents and self or contamination of equipment and supplies
• Understand and live Radiance, our customer service initiative
• Keep a clean environment
