- Minimum 1-year of caregiving experience
- Proof of Minimum PCA Job Competencies
- Valid Background Check / Fingerprints
- Current BLS/CPR Card
- Current TB Test

Job Duties:
- Review client care plans and provide for activities of daily living by assisting with meals, ambulating, positioning and turning as required
- Documentation of completing forms and reports
- Protect & Honor clients' rights
- Potential client transportation as required (with valid DL and insurance)
