Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) are the heart of in home care. PCA's create relationships with the member as they care for them. PCA's may help a member with such things as:
Grooming
Bathing
Dressing
Housekeeping
Laundry
Running Errands
Preparing Meals
PCA's are the eyes and ears of the agency in the field. They are a crucial link in helping members get everything they need to thrive at home.
