North Shore Bank is seeking a Full-time Personal Banker I to join our Retail team! We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual to provide exceptional customer service and meet the needs of our customers. This position is a great opportunity to learn more about our Retail department and offers room for additional learning and career growth! This position is located onsite in Duluth, MN and will be scheduled to work occasional Saturdays. We offer competitive pay, a full benefits package and a fun team oriented environment. Responsibilities:

• Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions and making appropriate introductions to the respective departments
• Identify information and services to meet customer’s financial needs
• Perform routine transactional, operational and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization
• Answer customer inquiries in a knowledgeable manner
• Provide assistance with online banking and debit card support
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or related experience preferred
• A high school diploma or GED
• General math
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers
• Confidentiality
• Multitasking
• Problem solving and organization
