We are growing and looking to hire a Permit Coordinator / Office Assistant. For this role we need someone who has the following qualifications:

  • Scheduling

This position will be responsible for:

  • HIGH CUSTOMER SERVICE DETAIL
  • coordinating all permits and related documents for all counties
  • ordering engineering plans
  • registering permits and plans
  • Scheduling for new construction appointments
  • Handling customer calls as needed
  • keeping track office supply inventory
  • Other office tasks as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
