MD Home Health is hiring visit nurses throughout the Greater Phoenix area.

We are looking for experienced Home Health Registered Nurses. Sign-On Bonus available to full time positions in high need areas (East Valley, Scottsdale, Central & West) for nurses with experience in home care.

We have Full-Time and Per Diem positions available across the Valley. You will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care. The successful candidate will have home care experience, be organized, and self-motivated, and understand Oasis documentation. Must coordinate patient care using a multidiscipline approach. Our patients need your compassion and skill!

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable - Personal transportation
• Valid AZ driver’s license, proof of insurance and registration
• Documents that show identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card*
• CPR and First Aid Certification*
• Pass background check
• Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Screening (performed on 1st day of employment)
• Article 9 (DDD only)
• Physician's statement of fitness for duty
