We are looking for an experienced, talented and compassionate Physical Therapists for Per Diem work.
You will be responsible for providing physical therapy assessments, services and treatments to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician in accordance with the philosophy, missions and standards established by the Agency.
Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong clinical assessment and prioritization skills a must
  • Exceptional communication skills. Works as part of a team and promotes harmonious working relationships to support patient care
  • Ability to be a team player and work harmoniously with patients, families, co-workers, physicians, referral sources, management and support staff
  • Optimize use of resources for patients and families through effective collaboration
  • Ability to be flexible and work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Caring and compassionate nature

Education/Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts License in good standing
  • 4+ years of PT experience with at least 1 year in direct home health care
  • Strong knowledge of electronic medical records and medical data base programs
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook)
