Work hours will be 10:45am - 7:15pm Monday- Friday with Saturday rotations. Remote (work from home) after training is completed.*
Provides member services via video interaction. Consistently delivers exceptional member service and effectively uncovers member needs and offers appropriate solutions. Responsible for making referrals to business partners.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: *

Responsible for promptly and accurately handling member transactions to include withdrawals, deposits, payments, and other member requests while actively educating and providing product guidance to members. Assist members in the servicing of their account by answering questions.

Make appropriate referrals to internal partners as needed.

Ensures the appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.

Performs department specific functions as needed, including but not limited to using document processing, opening/closing the department, troubleshooting machines.

Performance Measurements: *

Provide informed, prompt, professional and accurate service and support to all members and associates via the Pen Air LIVE Experience as measured by key performance indicators.
2.
Develop and maintain knowledge of all relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
3.
Process member transactions with zero unresolved errors.
4.
Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely, friendly and accurate manner.
5.
Regular reliable attendance.
6.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Pen Air Core Values.
7.
Answer LIVE sessions, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.

Knowledge and Skills: *
Experience
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education
A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Other Skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, ability to use multiple applications on a computer simultaneously, willingness to learn,strong member focus, attention to detail, strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Physical Requirements
Light or low amount of physical exertion. Sitting for long periods of time.
