LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a full time Peer Recovery Specialist for our office in Madison, IN. The Peer Recovery Specialist will provide guidance, coaching and support to people in active use and throughout their individual recovery process to establish a recovery plan, increase positive social support, and advocate on behalf of clients when necessary. This position will also serve as a referral source to a variety of service providers throughout the area. The successful applicant for this position will need to be a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist or demonstrate willingness to enroll in the training at first opportunity. High school diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Covid vaccination is required.
