Full Time Experienced Pediatric Medical Assistant is needed for Pediatric Practice located in Norcross GA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care
• Duties may include scheduling patients, obtaining patient history, vital signs, venipuncture, specimen collection, administering vaccines/medications and educating patients
• Answering to phones messages
• Assist with patient flow
• Monitor patient arrivals and wait times, escort patients, and notify team when patients are ready
• Ensures exam rooms are clean and healthy for the next patient.
• Wash, sterilize, and prepare instruments/equipment
• Stock rooms
• Discard medical waste properly
• Record medical information
• Assist with administrative tasks, which may include prior authorizations, form completions, referrals, maintain logs and educational materials, and send/receive medical records

• Maintain vaccine records in EMR and GRITS systems.

Requirement-

• Certified Medical Assistant must have a minimum 1-year experience in Pediatrics
• Medical Assistant must have a minimum 1-year experience with vaccine administration (GRITS)
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Familiarity with computers and other office equipment.
• Basic typing and keyboard skills.

Schedule

Full Time: Monday- Friday, 10: 30 AM- 7: 00 PM with 30-hour lunch

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
