RN, Clinic, 5 days per week (M-F), Full-Time, to work with care management of pediatric population. Role includes a significant amount of phone triage and care assisting families to maintain well child visits, immunization compliance, assisting with developmental and dental screens, assisting with referrals of the pediatric population, medical triage for pediatrics, and organizing parenting classes. Must have a passion for this age group and be creative and energetic to develop new, progressive programs. Requires CO license, BLS certified. Experience with the pediatric population helpful but not required. Requires good verifiable work history with references and team player attitude.
