Who We Look For :
We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in at our outdoor poolside restaurant, PB&G, inspired by local waters, vegetation and farms of the south, with familiar favorites and southern comforts .
Responsibilities :
C ommunicating with leaders regarding orders and provide direction for the remainder of the culinary team
F ocus on service, and organization, as well as taking on additional responsibilities such as a Learning Coach
L ead the line in absence of Chef de Partie and Sous Chef
Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years of culinary experience
Ability to work every station within the outlet, and display a high skill level
Comfortable work ing and thriv ing in a fast-paced, large team environment
Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, a nd peers.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
