Our industry leading client is looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist to join their team. This global company provides generous benefits, company events for employees and their families, and modern spacious offices that include an onsite café.
This role is anticipating a hybrid schedule and requires qualified candidates to commute weekly to offices in Kansas City, Missouri.

Payroll Specialist Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll, deductions, and commission payments.
- Reconcile monthly benefits costs and time off balances.
- Process off-cycle payrolls.
- Prepare payroll reports.
- Stay up to date and set up new tax jurisdictions.
Payroll Specialist Qualifications
- 3 years of multi-state payroll experience with knowledge on current federal and state regulations.
- Associates degree in Accounting a plus.
- Well-versed with Excel required.
- Experience with UltiPro, UKG, Ultimate, or Kronos highly preferred.
Salary: $50-$63k (DOE)
