Responsibilities:

 Perform all aspects of biweekly payroll processing for 450+ employees; including but not limited to:

o Verifying new hire information

o Inputting benefit/pay/department changes

o Reviewing timecards

o Working with leadership to ensure time is approved and accurate

o Submitting various reports to ensure HSA and 401k files are updated each pay cycle

 Create and run payroll reports on demand for leadership

 Serve as point of contact for payroll concerns for all employees

 Act as representative on all payroll issues with payroll processing company (ADP)

 Serve as payroll supervisor/manager for accounting staff; this includes monitoring time cards, approving pto and performing quarterly one on one’s

 Manage Fixed Asset additions and sales in Fixed Asset Software

 Assist the entire accounting team with daily tasks as needed. Tasks may include but are not limited to A/P, A/R processing, account reconciliations, general ledgerposting, organization, filing and scanning of accounting documents.

 Potential for additional accounting / clerical duties to be assigned as needed.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

 Payroll experience required, ADP preferred.

 Supervisory experience desired

 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

 Strong attention to detail.

 Team-player mentality.

The pay range for this position is $55-$70k depending on experience.
