Position: Payroll Coordinator I

Summary:
The Payroll Coordinator I is responsible for providing administrative support to the payroll department.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Administer the timesheet training and tracking program.
- Provide telephone and email support.
- Perform front end processing for garnishments, court orders and levies.
- Respond to employment verification requests.
- Process requests to update personal information in OnBase and Deltek.
- Review new hire information setup in Deltek to confirm its complete.
- Assign new hires Deltek access.
- Provide support for Deltek password resets.
- Produce leave reports and email them to the site leads.
- Process requests for copies of W-2’s, track returned W-2’s and obtain new addresses.
- Process other OnBase forms as requested.
- Participate in timesheet training / processing.
- Participate in payroll training / processing.
- Coordinate training events and record training in the QMS.
- Process mail and scan documents.
- Perform all other duties as directed by the Manager.
Required educational/skills background:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Two (2+) years of experience with administrative support.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
Preferred experiential background:
- Payroll experience.
- Deltek Costpoint and Time and Expense experience.
- Experience working in a government contracting environment.
