Our Payroll team is seeking a Payroll Associate to join the team in our Louisville office. The Payroll Associate is responsible for coordinating Payroll functions in multiple facilities, processing payroll on weekly/biweekly basis. This position ensures that internal controls and policies are followed in regards to Payroll. The Payroll Associate reports to the Director of Payroll and is responsible for preparing and monitoring the payroll system for biweekly Payroll processes at each facility. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure all staff are paid in a timely and appropriate manner. This position will also ensure that Springstone Company procedures and Fed/State/Local withholding laws are followed at each Facility.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or 2 year degree preferred. 2+ Years working in a Payroll environment.
Experience: Previous experience as Payroll Analyst/Associate/Coordinator, preferred with experience in managing multiple functions in a busy environment. Garnishment processing experience. Knowledge of Ultimate Software (UltiPro) a plus.
Additional Requirements: May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
