The Payment Posting representative is responsible for the expedient and accurate posting of payments received.

Job Responsibilities

• Posts payments to practice management system (live checks, Credit Card payments EFT deposits)
• Records batch totals with date and initials on payment receipt spreadsheet
• Balances batches and runs transaction reports
• Verifies all EFT deposits and scanned checks have been posted by month end for assigned payors

Required Education: High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Education: Associate's Degree

Preferred Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in revenue cycle.

Additional Technical Requirements: Excellent attention to detail, organizational and computer skills
