Patient and Visitor Ambassador – We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, upbeat Guest Services Rep to work at a medical facility in Newburyport, MA.
The schedule will be Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
Some of the responsibilities of the ambassador include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Providing a warm welcome and directions to arriving customers.
- They will support the valet parking services whenever needed. (A driver's license is required, and this person will need to meet the criteria for Valet Attendants)
- The ambassador will provide wheelchair assistance and transport services from the parking lot/valet area into the hospital and beyond, as necessary.
- They are proactive in keeping the lobby neat, clean, and organized which includes removing pieces of trash and arranging wheelchairs.
$16 base pay to start. Ambassador will be allowed to accept gratuities.
Paid sick/vacation time available, Health/Dental insurance available for FT after 90 days (50/50 split), 401k available after one year.
Please note:
- All employees are hired on a 30-day trial period. If during that time the employee does not perform their duties to the satisfaction of management, they can be terminated without cause
