Job description
Scheduling Coordinator / Administrative Assistant / Receptionist needed for a busy multidisciplinary medical office located close to Downtown, Orlando area. Must have a minimum of 1 year of prior administrative experience, must be able to handle multiple phone lines while dealing with incoming traffic with excellent customer service. Must be able to multitask, stay calm under pressure and represent yourself in a professional and caring manner at all times.
Ideal candidate should have impeccable customer service, strong communication skills and be fluent in English (bilingual preference: French Creole, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese). Experience with Orthopedic and Neurosurgery, Personal Injury and Diagnostic Imaging is a plus.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Greeting, contacting & communicating with patients
- Scheduling appointments, assisting doctors and office manager
- Answering phones, taking messages, contacting insurance companies and law offices
- Making copies, responding to e-mails, e-faxing, scanning, filing
