IMA Clinical Research is seeking a motivated professional interested in clinical research with experience in sales and recruitment to join the team in Warren, NJ as a Patient Recruiter Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to be both remote and on-site - hybrid - after a training period and proven capability to work independently. The Patient Recruiter Specialist will recruit patients for various studies.

The Patient Recruiter Specialist is responsible for recruiting patients for all studies under the direction of the Patient Recruitment Manager, Principal Investigator, and Site Director. Patient recruiter builds and develops the site's database by identifying and implementing new methods for patient recruitment, contacting all new potential patients, and maintaining contact with all patients in the database.

Pay - hourly rate plus bonus.

Bonuses vary depending on the individual study, based on qualified individuals successfully completing their first office visit and again for those who further qualify to enter the study. The amount paid will depend upon each studys budget.

Duties include but are not limited to -

• Responsible for recruiting subjects for all enrolling studies.
• Responsible for high volume outbound calling to recruit patients for various studies.
• Communicate with potential subjects and schedule appointments for screening visits.
• Organizes and maintains reports and metrics on recruitment efforts for assigned studies.
• Request medical records of potential and current research participants.
• Utilizing proper phone and email etiquette to liaison with potential patients.
• Establish a working relationship with the Clinical Research Team and other personnel.
• Communicate recruitment goals and updates to staff.

• Able to adapt to a changing environment and demonstrates a make it happen attitude.
• Exhibits professionalism in negotiating sensitive issues.

Education and Experience

• Clinical Research or Medical experience preferred, but not required.
• Outbound Call Center, Recruitment or Sales Experience, required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
• High School, GED, required.
