Responsibilities

• **In Person Office Work**
• Discuss cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment options with patients.
• Understanding of the funding resources, services, and clinical standards and outcomes.
• Assist in locating funding for special procedures or other patient needs.
• Perform analytical and data entry tasks.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards & regulatory requirements.

• Confidentially manage patient accounts.

• Effective collaborator and works well with a team of other caretakers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Office Suite ,Excel, and Word
• Strong computer skills: ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with CPR systems preferred
• Highly organized with a strong ability to manage different priorities
• Ability to work with others and use resources to problem solve
• Apply good judgement to fast-changing situations
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
