Our patient coordinators answer inbound calls and emails for our nationwide high-end elective medical practices. (e.g., plastic surgeons, dermatologists, lasik surgeons, orthodontists, etc. We assist the consumer by answering general questions about available services and schedule consultations directly into the practices scheduling system. For many of our clients, we develop and manage all of their marketing efforts from website to brand awareness. Top performers can make up to $17 an hour with potential for management growth.
The candidate will possess outstanding professional phone-based customer service and demeanor, a great attitude, flexibility and a willingness to learn new software processes. It is also important to have the ability to adapt to the company culture that rewards hard work, dedication, and a “team first” attitude. Extreme comfort with utilizing and learning computer software and phone systems associated with consumer information, calendars, and scheduling appointments required.
Hours: We are open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Mon-Tue. 9:00 am to 6:00 PM Wed.-Th., and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
This skilled professional must be able to:
- Work with computer software scheduling programs and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ensure that all clients are handled in accordance with company “Best Practices”.
- Handle both inbound and outbound phone calls to consumers wishing to schedule an appointment.
- Speak in a clear, professional tone.
- Experience in a phone sales or service environment with experience in elective cosmetic products or consumer services preferred.
- Show a proven track record in meeting measured performance objectives.
- Practice a commitment to ethical conduct by promoting a positive work environment and avoiding negativity.
