Customer Service Agent position at LAX - Spanish speakers needed
Seeking the right applicants: You will be responsible for providing quality service to passengers in respect to check-in, boarding, special services, lounges, and baggage services for reputable international airlines.

Friday October 28th 2022 from 2:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a broad range of duties depending on location and service demands while delivering a high-quality product
- Communicating with Check-in, transfer desk, and other related areas
- Daily functions may include rotation through ticket counter, lobby area, gate functions, customs, arrivals and other areas within the airport
- Operate jet bridge
- Assist passengers in regard to entry requirements, visas, residence permits, etc.
- Resolve issues with flight activity to ensure on-time departure
- Performs other related duties, as assigned by the supervisor or manager, to ensure the accomplishment of the job
- Able to multi-task and carry out duties in a fast-paced environment
About You:
- Common Sense, Organizational effectiveness and leadership skills, self-esteem, motivation, goal settings, creative thinking and problem solving
- Effective communication skills and good listening skills
- Reading, interpretation & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures
- Pulling, pushing and moving large bulky items including carts,
- Continuous standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, stooping, grasping and picking up items
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- High energy and positive attitude are necessary to perform well in this very high pressured and demanding environment
Basic Requirements:
- At least 18yrs old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D., or higher.
- English proficient (Oral, written and read)
- MUST be computer literate
- MUST be legally authorized to work in the United States of America (USA)
- MUST be available to work shifts including frequent nights and weekends
- MUST be available to work 6 days a week
- MUST be available to work on holidays
- MUST be available to attend up to two (2) weeks of training
- MUST follow a strict code of grooming and uniform standards as per Company Policy
