Position Summary:

This person is responsible in supplying clean and quality fittings to internal and external customers. Proper packaging and labeling is required while maintaining washers.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintains a variety of records related to product.
• Inspects for damage during the wash process; may make minor repairs to small hand tools or gauges; maintains machines and equipment in good working conditions.
• Must be able to bend and lift parts up to 50 lbs. multiple times throughout the day.
• Production data entry
• Constant use of scales, forklift and box constructing
• Assists with inventory process as necessary.
• Controls and correctly disposes scrap and waste items.
• Follow work instructions that apply to parts wash department.
• Performs related duties as required.
• Responsible for working in accordance with our documented Quality System, and for ensuring that products and services meet the customer’s specified requirements.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area using the 5S process, and follows all safety policies and procedures.
• May be required by Management to perform other reasonable work-related tasks.
• May be required to work different shifts, hours, overtime and weekends if needed.

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience. Must have 1 years related work experience. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team. Computer literacy, must be able to work with numbers including reading, recording them correctly and be able to count large quantities accurately. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities required. Must be attentive to detail, organized, results oriented, and have a high level of accuracy. Previous powered industrial truck experience preferred. May be required to obtain a license within 1-month of employment.
