Responsibilities:
- Perform post print operations including powder and support removal, cleaning and part handling
- Follow work orders, procedures, specifications, and test instructions
- Work from and read blueprints as well as setting and checking work to various quality control gages with a high attention to detail
- Understanding of all part finishing techniques and the ability to complete tasks with moderate supervision in a timely manner
- Ability to measure parts using applicable tools and software and reporting results
- Review work instruction for additional information and special needs
- Perform assembly tasks per blueprint/work instruction requirements (thread insert, fittings, etc.)
- Develop, integrate, and be responsible of hand finishing/deburring/support removal, wet and dry blasting and media finishing of critical aerospace additively manufactured parts
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a team-based collaborative environment where priorities change frequently
- Understanding of machine tools (hand tools, power tools, band saws, etc.)
- Basic understand of heat-treatment fundamentals
