Continued growth and expansion has created the need for an experienced Service Parts Coordinator to join our fast paced team.
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Order parts for all area Technicians
- Support Supervisors as needed
- Vehicles – assist Fleet Dept. as needed transporting vehicles, etc.
- Vehicle Inspections when performed annually
- Weights – Drop off and pick up weights for testing
- Support Metro Manager with ordering of their parts
- Support and assist Repair Crews as needed
- Support NC with parts ordering and some Florida when needed
- Communicate with Service Dept. on repair parts ordering process
- Assist Marine Division parts ordering when needed
- Assist DEI Warehouse when needed to replace his stock of oil or other bulk equipment taken by service
- Deliver parts and equipment as needed to Ocean City office and Newark office
- Meet and deliver parts to all Technicians when needed for shut down elevators.
- Maintain stock of parts in service parts warehouse
- Assist with service meeting setups
- Move and Assemble office furniture as needed
- Assist with any safety needs via communications with Safety Dept.

Position Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet
- Must be detail oriented & organized
- Must have good customer relations skills
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
- Must be willing to work flexible hours when needed
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical
- Must maintain a good valid drivers license

- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience:
- Three months related experience or training
Computer Skills:
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Word and spreadsheet software
