The API of New Hampshire team is looking for a Parts and Warranty Counter Sales Associate in Manchester. The Parts and Warranty Counter Sales Associate position provides excellent service to customers primarily via counter sales, and phone, email / online, scanner, and fax communication. The Parts and Warranty Counter Sales Associate position provides branch operations assistance through merchandising by stocking, picking, pulling, and on time will call assistance. Additionally, the position provides support and information on product inquiry as well as damaged goods, product sold, or product returned.
This position is conveniently based at our Manchester branch located at 190 Zachary Road, Manchester, New Hampshire.

In the Parts and Warranty Counter Sales Associate role, our employees assist customers in fulfilling their order needs, warranties, and returns in a fast-paced exciting HVAC environment. At times, they also set up and maintain merchandising displays. Hard workers grow rapidly in our environment and hourly pay is negotiable based on HVAC experience. All Parts and Warranty Counter Sales Associates must possess good keyboarding skills, great communication (both written and verbal), strong safety awareness, and customer pizzazz! You’ll also need to have good attention to detail, accuracy & professionalism, a great attendance record, and the ability to get along well with others.

What we need from you:
- HVAC knowledge a huge plus!
- High School diploma or its GED equivalent minimum, some college coursework in business, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience with customer service and related functions minimum, 2 or more years’ preferred.
- High degree of personal ethics, customer service, and commitment to safety.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
- We are a 100% drug-free employer.
- Able to work Monday – Friday; Can work overtime if needed.
- Can lift at least 50 lbs., on occasion.
