Job description
The Parts Administrative Associate will be responsible for helping to maintain the accounting side of the parts department. Ensuring that invoices are paid, and credits are processed timely. They also work with the warehouse staff to help their paperwork flow along with miscellaneous tasks assigned by the department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Inventory management and control
· Data Entry
· Processing invoices and credits
· Maintaining the parts payable/receivable and core schedules
· Processing daily emergency and critical orders through multiple suppliers and not limited to: Freightliner, Detroit Diesel, Western Star, Sprinter, Caterpillar, and Cummins
· Assist Warehouse staff as backup when needed
· Working with supervisors to solve posting or parts schedule issues
· Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
· Detail orientated
· Great communication skills
· Logical thinking
· Basic computer skills
