Looking for your next big thing enabling technical teams?

We are actively seeking partner success managers to help our managed services providers be successful in using and selling Galactic products. This is a great growth opportunity to sell to an active and engaged community looking for ways to improve and grow their cybersecurity offerings. The Galactic partner success manager is integral in facilitating Galactic product offerings and development in the hands of technical teams.

As a Partner Success Manager, we will look for your to:

  • Drive client retention, renewal, and growth, and able to upsell partners to other product offerings.
  • Support at-risk partners with proactive communication and enable them to succeed within the Galactic community.
  • Deliver awareness of new product features to our partners and get them excited to sell and use our products.
  • Performs Activity Metrics as Assigned
  • Make outbound calls to current clients
  • Make sure client issues are handled
  • Upsell any product or service we provide that they do not have
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to address payment issues.
  • Collaborate with the development team, design, support, and sales to deliver feedback on improving our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create better initiatives that facilitate partner sales.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or business-related field
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Engage and communicate with partners, actively listen for feedback, and lead partner meetings.
  • Ability to be a point of contact for partners to rely on and a place for them to escalate their issues.
  • Ability to problem solve to address partner issues.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional team setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
