Part-time Virtual Legal Assistant (Business, IP, Employment Law)

Job Description

· Assist in reviewing, drafting, and processing a wide variety of commercial contracts for our clients

· Research, analyze, and summarize state-specific laws

· Assist with the preparation and registration of Copyright/Trademark Applications

· Assist with business formation and industry-specific contracts

· Advise internal clients of potential legal risks and recommend the strategy to manage and minimize risks from a legal point of view in close cooperation with the internal client

About You

· A passion to help uplift, educate, and protect those within your communities is an absolute must.

· 2-4 years experience in a law firm and/or in-house law department

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
