PART TIME SALES LEAD

Build-A-Bear Workshop, the only global company that offers an interactive make-your-own stuffed animal retail-entertainment experience, has an immediate opening for a Part Time Sales Lead. The Sales Lead serves as the leader of the store in the absence of store management. This position performs a variety of responsibilities as assigned by the store management team including driving sales, delivering outstanding Guest experience, adhering to operational standards and providing a fun, engaging workplace for all associates.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Is experienced in providing exceptional Guest service in a retail or other consumer centric business
• Exhibits outstanding leadership and selling skills
• Models personal and professional integrity
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Is organized and planful and pays attention to details
• Is flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
• Fosters a high energy environment and engages children of all ages
• Is ambitious and success oriented
• Can work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business
• Has a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A college degree a plus
• Is at least 18 years of age
