• One + Years with a proven, successful track record in a customer centric business, preferably in specialty retail or working with children.
• Is flexible and adaptable in a fast paced work environment.
• Fosters a high energy environment and demonstrates an appreciation for children of all ages.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to connect with Guests through a warm greeting, creating a personalized experience.
• Exceptional selling skills, comfortable recommending items to complement the guest’s experience and share promotional details with every Guest.
• Is ambitious, success and goal oriented.
• Models personal and professional integrity.
• Cash Handling and Register Experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule, must be available Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
