Our part-time Design Associate role (3, 8-hour days/wknds) offers an amazing way to balance your current life's work with a fulfilling part time career. As a member of the design team, you will use technology, tools and resources in innovative ways to create a rich and engaging experience in helping our customers create homes and spaces they love.

Schedule:
You will work a total of 24 hours a week - with a set schedule of Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday. Additionally, you'll have one weekend off every 6-8 weeks. The week in which you have the weekend off, your (2) weekend shifts will be scheduled during the week (Monday - Friday); days will vary, so flexibility with your schedule is necessary.

Desired experience & qualifications:
In addition to the attributes for success captured in our Design Associate Profile , you bring a minimum of 2 years of sales-related experience, preferably within a retail environment.
