Part-Time Personal Assistant for Insurance Agency
Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our insurance agency. The job position will be responsible for filling out forms and applications, appointment setting, assisting the agency general manager and customer service representatives with day to day tasks and projects, inbound & outbound calls, as well as organizing and tracking the general manager's daily tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Haltom City, TX 76117: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
