Part Time Ordinance Officer
Job description
The Township of Sewickley, Westmoreland County is accepting applications for the position of Part Time Ordinance Officer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, investigating complaints pertaining to Township Ordinances regarding illegal dumping, high weeds, grass, junk, and abandoned vehicles. Prepares reports describing the ordinance violation so citations can be prepared and testifies in court concerning code violations, if required. Strong communication skills, along with the ability to work well with others, are important.
Compensation will be up to $18.00 per hour working up to 30 hours per week
