Seeking Part time administrative assistant/secretary

Job Summary/Duties:

Position would be responsible for phone answering, greeting members at the door, office coverage, scheduling, general administrative duties, light accounting/bill pay, supply ordering, and customer service.

Skills Preferred:

-Clear communication and social skills

-Phone Answering

-Customer Service

-Experience with Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.

-QuickBooks experience

-Bill paying

Compensation/Perks:
