About Custom Hardwoods Ltd: Established hardwood flooring company doing high end residential and commercial business within the southeast; NAS is a new business, focused on regional and national distribution of their proprietary products
Job Responsibilities: Bookkeeping (Invoicing, A/R, A/P) for a 20 year old flooring company and a small manufacturing company. Field communications, organize internal resources, and provide other administrative support as required.
Qualifications: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office/iWork Suite software, Quickbooks Desktop Mac and Quickbooks Online as well as have a basic understanding of inventory practices (knowledge of SOS Inventory is a plus). Daily Bookkeeping. Previous experience working within small business environment, reliable transportation, some college credits preferred. Open to expressing opinions and ideas in assisting the growth of the new company.
